ICED TEA RECIPES

 

Ingredients (4 servings)

4 1/4 Cups Water

4 Tbsp So Coconut Organic Black Tea

1/3 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Coconut Water

2 Cups Coconut Milk

1/2 Lime, juiced

Ice  

Directions

Steep your tea in the water according to the normal directions (190 degrees, 5 minutes)

Strain and add the sugar, stirring to dissolve

Put the sweetened tea into the fridge to cool for a least 1 hour

When cooled, mix in a pitcher with the rest of the ingredients and add ice

Stir vigorously to chill the tea mixture and incorporate the other ingredients

Serve in cups over ice

 

Ingredients (4 Servings)

4 1/4 Cups Water

4 Tbsp Marrakesh Organic Green Tea

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 bunch Fresh Mint

1 Lime, juiced

Ice

 

Directions

Steep your tea in the water according to the normal directions (175 degrees, 3 minutes)

Strain and add the sugar, stirring to dissolve

Put the sweetened tea into the fridge to cool for a least 1 hour

When cooled, place the mint in a pitcher and bruise gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon

Add the lime juice and the tea and add ice

Stir vigorously to chill the tea mixture and incorporate the other ingredients

Serve in cups over ice

Ingredients (4 Servings

4 1/2 Cups Water

5 Tbsp Sweet Lullaby Organic Herbal Tea

2 1/2 Tbsp Honey, preferably creamed

Ice

 

 

Directions

Steep your tea in the water according to the normal directions (200 degrees, 5 minutes)

Strain and add the honey, stirring to dissolve

Put the sweetened tea into the fridge to cool for a least 1 hour

When cooled, pour over ice

Stir vigorously to chill the tea mixture

Serve in cups over ice

Ingredients (4 Servings)

4 1/4 Cups Water

3 Tbsp Martinique Organic Rooibos Tea

1/2 Mango

1/4 Pomegranate Juice (optional)

Ice

Directions

Steep your tea in the water according to the normal directions (200 degrees, 5 minutes)

Strain and put into the fridge to cool for a least 1 hour

Cut up half of a large Mango into slices for best results, add the mango to the tea in the fridge overnight

Add the tea and mango to ice, and stir vigorously to chill the tea

Optionally, for a sweeter, tarter tea, add Pomegranate Juice

Serve in cups over ice

Ingredients (5 Servings)

4 1/2 Cups Water

3 Tbsp Nirvana Green Tea

4-5 Strawberries

6-8 Raspberries

1 Cup Lemonade

Ice

Directions

Steep your tea in the water according to the normal directions (175 degrees, 3 minutes)

Strain and put into the fridge to cool for a least 1 hour

Slice the berries in half

Add the tea, lemonade, and berries to ice

Serve in cups over ice
