What to do? You must choose between two of the best quality teas in their category. On the left, a superior quality black tea, comprised entirely of buds, from Yunnan, China, the birthplace of tea. Syrupy, malty, and woody, Golden Needle Yunnan is a champion. On the right, a contender for the best green tea out there. Yame Gyokuro is a shade-grown Japanese tea from the southern, warmer regions. Its buttery, cheesy richness is complemented by an umami laden vegetal bright note. Each has its strengths. Each has its benefits. Fine, have them both.
